2 GUEST HOUSES FOR SALE

The Don Guesthouse and De Poort Guesthouse is situated in the town of Noupoort in Northern Cape next to the
N9 between Middelburg in the Eastern Cape and Colesburg. There is a lot of development in the area and one
of two Wind Farms has just been completed. The lager Wind Farm Project is due to start in the next 3 months and the construction will last for approximately 6 years with maintenance for 20 years following the construction period. Facilities: Combined Sleeps 56 people
The Don: Sleeps 42 people in 12 rooms consisting of Family rooms, Double rooms, Single rooms, Backpackers
We have the following - DSTV, Swimming pool, Braai areas, WiFi, Restaurant area, Lounge area.
De Poort: Sleeps 14 people in six rooms and has conference facilities
There is a lot of development in the area such as
1. 89 Wind Turbine Farm in progress of roll-out in the next 3 months
2. 32 Wind Turbine Farm just completed and to be maintained for the next 20 years
3. Manganese Mine to start end of 2017 between Noupoort and Hanover.
4. New railway line development for transportation of manganese from Kathu to Port Elizabeth
